The Company has Registered Office at - 612, Gobind Apartment, B-2, Vasundhara Enclave, Delhi-110096 and Administrative Office at G-72, Sector-6, Noida, U.P. 

The Company is promoted by it’s Chairman Mr. Pramod Kumar Narula, who is a Fellow Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a practicing Chartered Accountant, having more than 21 years of experience in the field of Auditing, Income Tax, Company Law matters and Project Consultancy. He has also been the Promoter / Director of Abhipra Capital Ltd., a leading company in capital market and depository participant. Since 1999 Mr. Narula has been in practice under the Name & Style of P. K. NARULA & CO. Mr. Narula has done Audits of Limited, Private Limited, and Public Sector Companies besides many Branch Audits. He has ample exposure and hands-on experience of Information Technology (IT) in the area of Audit and Financial matters. Under his guidance and supervision,  PATH DARSHI SOFTECH PVT. LTD. has designed, developed, and implemented specialized Software Solutions for Fixed Assets Register & Depreciation Calculation, eTDS, and Secretarial Organizer, for many large, small, and medium scale companies.
